Standy Balance board encourages ergonomic working position, daily movement and balance training in the office. By balancing standing on the board, the feet, legs and trunk muscles are strengthened. The board tilts calmly and controlled from side to side, enabling you to activate your whole body.

Use Standy for standing office work, rehabilitation, physical therapy and for simple everyday exercise. Varying standing and sitting during the working day, and not getting stuck sitting still, is healthier and puts less strain on the spine and lower back.
