You can safely touch the burning wax directly in the container, as high-quality soy wax does not heat up enough to cause burns. You can also fully melt the wax by rubbing it between your palms.
Sometimes you may notice air bubbles between the WoodWick candle and the glass. Soy wax is more sensitive to temperature changes than other types of wax, so it may shrink and form air bubbles. This is not a defect and does not affect the candle’s performance.
