The Denver WCT-8016 trail camera is designed for reliable and discreet wildlife observation. It captures high-quality photos and videos of animals and the environment, allowing users to monitor wildlife movements without disturbance. Description and Recording
The camera features an 8-megapixel CMOS sensor that produces sharp and clear images with a 90-degree field of view. Photo resolution can be adjusted among several options down from 50 megapixels. Video recording is possible at up to 4K 3840 × 2160 resolution, with selectable resolutions ranging down to 640 x 480 pixels. Videos are saved in AVI format and photos in JPEG format. Audio recording is available and can be turned on or off as desired. The trigger speed is fast, between 0.2 and 0.5 seconds, helping to capture moving subjects accurately. The camera also supports burst mode, allowing 1 to 10 photos per trigger. Video length can be set from 3 seconds up to 10 minutes.
Night Vision and Motion Detection
The camera is equipped with infrared LEDs with a wavelength of 940 nm. This enables clear image capture in darkness without disturbing the animals with visible light. The IR filter is automatic, improving image quality under different lighting conditions. There are three motion sensors, with adjustable sensitivity from low to high. Detection distance is up to 20 meters, and the detection angle is wide, up to 120 degrees.
Durability and Usability
The device is designed to withstand varying weather conditions with an IP65 rating, ensuring splash and dust resistance. The operating temperature range is -20 to +40 °C, allowing reliable operation in many environments. The camera has a 2-inch LCD screen for easy setting adjustments and image review.
