Usage:
  • Rest for 5 min. before the blood pressure measurement
  • Sit down and put your left hand in front of you on a flat surface such as a desk or table
  • Place the wrist cuff to be able to properly read the measurement of blood pressure on the LCD
  • Put the cuff on bare arm, 1-2cm above the elbow
  • The cuff should be placed on the same level as the heart
  • The cuff must be neither too tight nor too loose
  • Do not move the arm during the measurement
  • Measure the blood pressure on the same arm
  • Make measurement at the same time of each day
