Accurately measuring  indoor temperature and humidity can be a significant help for people who are comfortable or have children and pets. A temperature and humidity sensor monitors your home, and you can view the status both on the device itself and in the mobile app.

Pairing with your smart home

The sensor is always connected exclusively via Bluetooth. The easiest way is to connect directly to your smartphone via the Mi Home app. If your phone is within Bluetooth range, you'll see the current temperature and humidity right in the app.

Communication with a smart home is more complex. It is necessary to pair the sensor with the control unit (Xiaomi Gateway), which can be purchased, for example, in the Mi Smart Sensor Set. It will then take care of permanently connecting the temperature and humidity sensor to the smart home. You can then create automatic scenarios, such as turning on the humidifier if the room humidity is too low, or turning on the Xiaomi fan if the temperature exceeds a certain value. Battery

The sensor is powered by 1 CR2032 battery, which will ensure its operation for up to 1 year. Battery is not included.
