GaN technologies
GaN is an abbreviation for gallium nitride compound, which is an alternative to silicon semiconductors. The beauty of GaN technology is that semiconductors made from this material, compared to silicon, are capable of processing much higher frequencies and have an incomparably higher efficiency, which eliminates overheating and, therefore, the dimensions of products can be significantly reduced.
