The Rossmax SA300 handheld pulse oximeter is an extensive, professional pulse oximeter with artery check and smartphone connection. It not only measures the oxygen level in your blood and your heart rate with high precision, but can also determine the condition of your artery. Within a few seconds of starting the measurement, the results of SpO2, heart rate, and artery condition appear on the clear and easy-to-read TFT color screen. The total measurement is completed within a minute. The ACT (Artery Check Technology) analyzes the heart rate and SpO2 signals (oxygen saturation) and determines the current stiffness of the artery. ACT further classifies the arterial condition extensively into 6 levels and displays the measurement result graphically on the screen. Additionally, the Rossmax SA300 has Bluetooth, which can be connected to the Rossmax Healthstyle app on your smartphone. This allows you to easily review and analyze all measurements and provides even more insight into your measurements with the app. The pulse oximeter also has an extensive adjustable alarm function, so you will be alerted when certain set limit values are exceeded. You can also pause the alarm for 2 minutes or turn it off completely. The pulse oximeter comes with an adult finger clip sensor (Adult Probe PA100). Optional sensors for newborn babies and children are also available. Disposable sensors (for one-time use) can also be ordered. These are the PB100, PC100, and PD100, respectively. ACT Artery condition is associated with the potential presence of the following diseases: Arteriosclerosis, Peripheral circulation disorder, A wide range of cardiovascular diseases. ACT (Artery Check Technology) analysis the pulse and SpO2 signals and determines the actually prevailing stiffness of the artery (Artery Condition) into 6 levels. Atherosclerosis Atherosclerosis is a disease in which plaque builds up inside your arteries. Arteries are blood vessels that carry oxygen-rich blood to your heart and other parts of your body. Plaque is made up of fat, cholesterol, calcium, and other substances found in the blood. Peripheral vascular disease (PVD) Peripheral vascular disease (PVD) is a blood circulation disorder that causes the blood vessels outside of your heart and brain to narrow, block, or spasm. This can happen in your arteries or veins. PVD typically causes pain and fatigue, often in your legs, and especially during exercise. Cardiovascular Disease Cardiovascular disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke. Other heart conditions, such as those that affect your heart’s muscle, valves or rhythm, also are considered forms of heart disease.
