RefectoCil Oxidant 3% 10 vol. 100 ml

RefectoCil Cream Oxidant (3%) is specially developed for use with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. The oxidant mixes easily with the tint, creating a smooth consistency that is easy to apply to brows and lashes. The compact oxidant packaging ensures precise dosing with every use. The creamy consistency of the mixture prevents it from spilling out of the mixing dish.

Directions for use:
Add 20–25 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant (3%) to 2 cm of tint and mix until smooth using an application stick. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows or eyelashes and then follow the instructions for RefectoCil tints.
