“Angels’ Share” was created with the involvement of perfumer Benoist Lapouz, as Kilian Hennessy’s personal tribute to his family heritage - the traditions of French cognac masters. The inspiration for the fragrance - a process that the French call la part des anges (“angels’ share”) - when cognac evaporates while aging in oak barrels, like a silent offering to the forces of nature. A fragrance like a journey through cellars, wooden barrels, touches of hot spices and the softness of sweet desserts.
