The Samyang AF 35mm f/1.8 P FE is a compact and lightweight prime lens designed for everyday photography with Sony FE full-frame cameras. The versatile 35mm focal length, bright f/1.8 aperture, and a design that measures just 71.5mm long and weighs 216g make it ideal for street photography, travel, portraits, video, and everyday creative work.
The lens uses a sophisticated optical solution, where 10 elements are divided into 8 groups. Two aspherical and two new XHR (Extra High Refractive) elements achieve better sharpness, reduced distortion and consistent image quality across the entire frame.
Beautiful background blur and good light performance
A 9-blade circular diaphragm creates a soft and natural bokeh effect. The f/1.8 aperture allows you to shoot even in low light and separate the subject from the background with a pleasantly shallow depth of field.
