Wide field of view and detailed video
The 4 MP 2K security camera captures video at a resolution that helps you monitor your home's surroundings and notice important details. Its 150° field of view covers a wide area, making it ideal for monitoring driveways, yards, gardens, or the front of your house. During the day, you can view your surroundings in full color. In the dark, visibility is supported by both infrared night vision and color night vision (via built-in spotlights), allowing you to choose the best monitoring mode for the situation.
Solar-Powered Wireless Surveillance
A built-in 3 W solar panel simplifies installation, eliminating the need for a separate solar panel or connecting cables. One hour of sunlight per day is sufficient to keep the camera powered, though actual charging performance depends on sunlight intensity, weather conditions, and the installation location. The 7800 mAh rechargeable battery provides up to three months of operation on a single charge. This combination of a solar panel and battery reduces the need for manual charging and allows the camera to be installed in locations without a permanent power connection.
Adjustable Floodlight and Active Deterrence
Two floodlights provide a combined output of up to 1000 lumens, illuminating driveways or other monitored areas. The color temperature is adjustable between 3000 K and 6000 K, allowing you to choose between warmer or cooler lighting to suit the environment. The floodlights can be linked to the device’s onboard AI detection, enabling the lights to react specifically to the movement of people, vehicles, or animals—thereby reducing unnecessary activations. In the event of suspicious activity, a siren reaching up to 110 dB can also be triggered. Additionally, two-way audio allows you to communicate with visitors, provide instructions to delivery personnel, or warn away unwanted guests.
Smart Detection and Relevant Notifications
On-device AI distinguishes between people, vehicles, and animals. This helps reduce false alarms caused by shadows or moving vegetation, allowing you to focus on events that truly matter. The camera sends push notifications and emails regarding detected events. Core detection, notification, and playback features do not require a mandatory paid cloud subscription.
WiFi 6 and Convenient Remote Control
WiFi 6 support enables the use of both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands. The 5 GHz band is ideal for smooth live streaming in areas with good coverage, while the 2.4 GHz band offers better penetration through walls, making it suitable for installations further away. Through the Reolink app, you can monitor live feeds, view recordings, and manage camera settings remotely. The camera also supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, allowing for voice control via compatible devices.
Flexible Storage and Smart Home Support
The camera supports microSD memory cards up to 512 GB, enabling local storage of recordings without any mandatory monthly fees. Additionally, it is compatible with the Reolink Home Hub series and supported WiFi NVR (Network Video Recorder) systems. Local storage allows you to keep your footage on your own device, with no requirement for a cloud subscription to access essential features.
Time-lapse function
The time-lapse function allows you to condense long-term events—such as plant growth or construction work—into a short video.
Weather-resistant design for outdoor use
With an IP66 ingress protection rating, the housing is dust- and moisture-resistant. It is suitable for outdoor use, helping to protect the camera from common environmental elements like dust and rain.
