3D printing filament PETG, 1.75mm, 1kg reel, white  Features: PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a 3D printing plastic, which is suitable for the production of functional objects and objects that come into contact with food (e.g. water bottles, dishes, kitchen utensils). It has high strength, flexibility, impact resistance, making it ideal for the production of mechanical parts, products with precise dimensions. TPU is recognized as safe for food use. Given its heat resistance, its products can be washed in the dishwasher (with the appropriate temperature). TPU is hydrophobic (does not absorb moisture) and does not melt. When printing with a 3D printer, it is easier to use than ABS, but this plastic is more durable than PLA. A heated platform is not necessary, but recommended. The material practically does not shrink when cooled. TPU plastic is best suited for food safety projects (with appropriate certification), mechanical parts and objects outdoors. Suitable for beginners due to its ease of use.
