SmallRig 6027 "HawkLock" Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7 V / 7R V / 7 IVThe "HawkLock" top handle features SmallRigâs patented "HawkLock" quick release system, allowing for one-touch rapid setup that significantly improves camera mobility and handheld stability for fluid movements. The cage utilizes a three-point locking system for secure, zero-deflection mounting without the need to remove the cameraâs eyelet triangles. Built-in pads offer comprehensive protection and prevent scratches, while precision cutouts provide unobstructed access to camera ports, dials, buttons, and the battery compartment.The cage features multiple mounting points, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of accessories such as side handles and top handles. A built-in cold shoe mount allows for attaching devices like the DJI Mic 2 and lights, while a QD socket at the base accommodates shoulder straps for enhanced portability. The base is also equipped with a magnetic Allen wrench for easy assembly and disassembly.Additionally, the bottom quick release plate, paired with the "HawkLock" H38 Arca-Swiss quick release mount plate, enables rapid slide-in attachment with an auto-locking mechanism.
