The OM5 LC Enhanced Patch Cord & Pigtails Assembly is supplied with a short and flexible boot ideal for high-density applications with tight space requirements. The assemblies are terminated with our optimized range of physical contact zirconia ceramic ferrule connectors. These are manufactured with precision factory mounting and polishing techniques which helps assure high transmission quality. The OM5 LC Enhanced Assembly is equipped with a shorter boot design, which provides a connector length from tip to boot assembly of 40 mm for patch cord, compared to 66 mm for standard LC standard patch cords with heatshrink reducing the space requirement up to 40% when deployed. Together with the flexible boot present in both the Patch cord and Pigtail assembly, this one offers a more versatile solution that can be easily implemented in tight spaces.
